How can I request a P6 version 6.1 upgrade?

We have an upgrade By Request site available on Primavera.com: http://www.primavera.com/upgrades

Through this site, you may enter your Project Management version 4.x, Project Management version 5.0 or P6 serial number and indicate whether you would rather receive P6 version 6.1 via Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) or on CDs.

 

If your serial numbers are under current maintenance, or have maintenance that expired after 1 February 2008  you are eligible to receive a free upgrade to P6.1 as part of your maintenance agreement.   If your maintenance expired before 1 February 2008, please contact our Maintenance Sales Team and renew your maintenance in order to be eligable for the upgrade.

With Upgrade by Request you choose how you will receive the upgrade. P6 version 6.1 is offered via CDs or Electronic Software Delivery (ESD). ESD gives you quick access to P6 version 6.1’s new functionality.

How long does P6.1 take to download via Electronic Software Delivery?

If I choose ESD, can I download immediately?

How long will it take for me to receive the CDs?

 

Once you request your upgrade, it will take a 3-5 business days to fulfill via ESD and 7-10 business days to process and ship CDs.  When the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the order is on its way.

Contract Manager V.12.2

You will receive an email once the upgrades are available. Below is information on how you will be able to access your upgrades once available.
Customers using Contract Manager 11.0 or an earlier version are eligible for a free upgrade to Contract Manager (version 12.0)

With Upgrade by Request you choose how you will receive Contract Manager (version 12.0). This upgrade is offered via CDs or Electronic Software Delivery (ESD). ESD gives you quick access to Contract Manager’s new functionality.

NOTE:  Customers in countries other than the US, Canada and the UK will receive CD shipments of Contract Manager (version 12.0).  If customers in these countries prefer ESD, they may submit their request via the Upgrade by Request web site.
