Schedule Analyzer Professional |
|
A suite of
programs to assist the Scheduler and Claims Analyst in performing
difficult or impossible scheduling task.
The following is included
as a single package:
- SA Pro Baseline Checker will query your
Baseline Primavera Project Planner (P3) schedule and look for errors,
inconsistencies, and problem areas. It will investigate 'hidden'
rule settings and explain the ramifications of each. Baseline Checker
will look for improper or suspicious activity and relationship coding
and report each in easy-to-read reports.
- SA Pro Update Checker will query two P3
schedules and analyze their similarities and differences. Update
Checker tells you the story of what happened to the schedule during
the update period in easy to read reports. Exclusive, 'high-level'
reports are also produced which can give a quick and insightful
overview to the schedule's progress.
- SA Pro Schedule Logger reads SA Baseline
and Update Checker reports and automatically returns the analysis
to the schedules as Activity log items. Over time, Schedule Logger
will build-up a comprehensive transaction record of each activity
for the history of the project.
- SA Pro As-Built Critical Path 'walks'
or stepwise destatuses an As-Built schedule backwards, repeatedly
removing some of the actual progress, recalculating the CPM, and
noting the active critical path. As-Built Critical Path tells you
what actually happened to the critical path on every day of the
project.
- SA Pro Schedule Re-Builder destatuses
an As-Built Schedule and then rebuilds it update period by update
period based on expected progress and past actuals. Re-Builder tells
you what Project Management thought happened to the critical path
at the time of construction.
- SA Pro As-Planned/As-Built Maker converts
an As-Built schedule into a unstatused CPM schedule with modified
durations and logic to reflect the As-Built condition. This As-Planned
schedule will reflect both the early starts of activities as well
as the actual durations. The logic change overcomes the objection
of using actual durations for analysis.
