Miami Micro Data, Inc. has an immediate need for a Sales Representative in our growing Soth Florida market. This position is an outside sales position, selling project management software mainly in the construction industry. Experience required in the AEC sector, services, consulting, ERP, implementation, project management and must be able to perform professional presentations to clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for account management working closely with the Director of Sales and vertical Sales Team Plan Performance and Sales Skills: Achieve or exceed the territory sales plan by maintaining existing business, developing incremental business in existing accounts, and conducting cold calls to develop new accounts. Demonstrate use of solution selling skills in the field, such as making good opening statements, connecting with the customer, asking high gain questions, creating the value proposition and closing. Participate in sales training programs as presented by the company to develop appropriate selling skills consistent with the Company philosophy, policies and procedures. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Preparing, presenting and negotiating large account contracts. Analyzing complex client technical requirements and working to prepare necessary proposals and quotation. Traveling to visit key target accounts within defined territory on regular basis. Developing and implementing key account strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients. Preparing, presenting and negotiating large account contracts. Inbound and Outbound phone calls to new & existing customer base for software training and service sales. Engage in business negotiation and close as many sales opportunities as possible. Follow-up on leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and online inquiries. Prepare product quotations and bidding documents based on established pricing guideline. Attend all product training classes to keep updated with company's product offering. Representing Primavera Software at specific conferences and exhibitions, interaction with internal Miami Micro Dats and client services groups to provide necessary client support. Provide customer requirement and market feedback to the software & services management team. Maintain necessary prospect and forecast information within the Sales Team

Proven successful working experience with demonstrated track record of selling software in a territory capacity. BA or BS degree preferred. 1-3 years experience selling services and products to high-tech, and/or AEC/construction industry. Must be able to present strong oral presentations and have excellent written communication skills.
High Energy, well organized, team player Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals Travel to industry events and prospect sites is required Outstanding telephone sales and communication skills. Knowledge of construction industry preferred. Candidate must have excellent MS Office Suite skills |  |
