Miami Micro Data, Inc. was incorporated in 1983 to take advantage of the recently released IBM PC. We sold a lot of hardware in the first few years and did a lot of custom programming. Eventually we started focusing our efforts on software because the hardware business became too competitive. By 1986 we started working exclusively with Primavera Systems and their products. We became experts with P3, P6 and Contract Manager. We concentrated on South Florida, the Caribbean countries and Central America. Our trainers have taught hundreds of classes across our territory and as far away as Romania.

Oracle bought Primavera Systems in 2008, and we stayed with them for many years but their direct sales efforts forced us to work with other vendors like  Foxquest Systems and Elecosoft. Currently our primary business focus is with Zümmer because it fulfills an industry need that does not have a lot of solutions.
